Wherever you are hiking, however long or short, you can help us raise funds for scientific research into the causes and treatments for mental illness. A portion of the funds also go to maintain wilderness trails. (See where the money goes.)
In fact, you do not even have to hike. You can walk, run, bike or paddle for mental health, too!
