Goal: $200.00
$20.00 donated
I chose to join a hike with HIKE for Mental Health again this year. This is my 3rd year climbing George to help stamp out the stigma of mental illness and conserve wilderness trails.
This cause holds such a special spot in my soul. The trails and the mountains have given me strength both mentally and physically. They give my brain a place to flex but also rest. Whether it’s a gorgeous view or a complex scramble or bouldering – it’s the answer my brain needs. The calm to my anxiety and a good channel for my attention deficiency 🙌🏼
This event has introduced me to people that will be lifelong friends, people that support our local outdoor group and connects people who have the same struggles that I do. We are all finding peace in these climbs ♥️
