At-Your-Own Pace
At-Your-Own Pace for Mental Health
Join our annual At-Your-Own Pace, a "virtual" ride for mental health event throughout April, May, and June. Even when we can't all ride together, we can still share our joy of riding!
Wherever you are, however long or short you want, get out and ride for your mental health. Then log your mileage here to help us reach our collective goal of 500 miles by the end of June.
Sign up now, then ride any distance, anywhere, by yourself or with friends!
Registration is just $25, and once we reach our collective mileage goal, everyone who registered will receive an At-Your-Own Pace ribbon!
Plus, we are raising money for mental health research! When you register, you will be able to create your personal fundraising message to share with others about the importance of mental health and overcoming the stigma of mental illness. Share that message so friends and family can leave comments and donations to help us reach our $1,000 goal for brain & behavior research and trail conservancy!

I have PTSD and ride once or twice a week. My symptoms have gotten much better. I wish I can ride more. I am to the point of leasing a horse. I love riding and caring for horses!
Thanks for sharing! So many people with PTSD have benefited from riding and hiking – time outdoors and connecting with Nature can be so healing.
